"Simon and the team created a bespoke, fully open-plan 2 bay food production space for us to link our existing kitchen with a coldstore. They have a great understanding of how to get the most from the containers and incorporate features that were different to their usual builds, such as an extra strong floor with integrated drainage channels. Their build team were always able to find a solution to the challenges we faced and the finish of their work is excellent. Simon is also a disciplined project manager, able to think ahead and ensure we met our tight timescales."
